Recycling Section
The Recycling Section is responsible for all recycling and reuse programs at the County of Hawai'i Recycling and Transfer Stations, and the East and West Hawai'i Organics "Greenwaste" Facilities. This includes drop-off recycling, HI-5 redemption, Reuse Centers and mulch production services.
